These are just fluorescent grow light bulbs from Menards, and they're *fine* but not great. Like the plants aren't dying, but you can see how stretched out they are and desperately bending toward the window to get the light. Full-spectrum LED lights are much more expensive, but, in theory I think this is the type of problem they're supposed to prevent. We originally decided not to spring for them since we weren't sure the cost was worth it and we were buying 4 at once, but in retrospect, 4 lights are almost more than we need even when super maxed out on seedlings... and the LEDs may very well be worth it for growing happy plants.
What lights did you use for your indoor growing? I don't want to overspend but also don't want to buy something cheap that doesn't work.
